Krakow, the capital of the Małopolska Province in Poland, is a vibrant city with a growing population and increasing transport challenges. The city faces issues such as rising motorization rates, an unfavorable modal split with an increasing share of car travel, poor air quality, parking problems, and an aging vehicle fleet. The main goals of the Living Lab are to address these challenges, improve air quality, reduce car travel, and promote sustainable and multimodal transport options.
