On 12 June 2025, the SUM project’s Executive Board met in Munich and online to bring together representatives from all work packages and assess progress, as well as coordinate the next phases of the project. Updates were provided across all work streams, with a particular focus on the development of the Open Data Platform (ODP) and preparations for the General Assembly in Fredrikstad in September.

Updates included progress on customer surveys, acceptance assessments and upcoming ERTICO Academy training activities. The session emphasised the ongoing commitment to data quality, user engagement and integrating Living Lab insights into broader project tools and platforms.
Looking ahead, the team agreed on several actions to maintain momentum, particularly with regard to aligning survey and KPI data, and finalising the ODP’s functionalities. The Board also began outlining the agenda for the General Assembly in Fredrikstad, which will be an opportunity to reflect on site-level results and strengthen collaboration across the consortium.
