On 14 and 15 March, the SUM Executive Board met in Delft, hosted by project partner TU Delft.
The focus of the first day was an in-depth examination of various work packages. Discussions covered a wide range of topics, from responsible data sharing to the presentation of innovative mobility initiatives within the Living Labs. Consideration was also given to the formulation of business models and mechanisms for evaluating progress. Opportunities for collaboration with other projects and stakeholder engagement strategies were also explored.
On the second day – this time in Rotterdam – the focus shifted to practical engagement. A visit to the maintenance depots of project partner RET – Rotterdamse Elektrische Tram provided an insight into operational aspects, followed by discussions on their app vision and perspectives on shared mobility solutions.
After two busy days, the partners left with new insights and more input. The next consortium meeting will take place in Athens in June, hosted by the Municipality of Penteli.
